I love meeting people like Brit because they’re what the human spirit is all about. Make a plan / goal. Stick to it. When it gets hard, most quit. But not Brit, she dug deeper and has overcome. She has changed her eating habits (cutting out sugar is a legit detox people.. most can’t or won’t.. but Brit is different) and is on her way to what I think will be life altering change for the better.
I love having Brit in our community 🙂 She’s a busy mom, who wants to change her body. She commutes about 25-30 min just to come train with us, which I personally take as a massive compliment.
